Dear Lynne, Thank you for the privilege of attending your mum’s ‘farewell’ and for the chance to meet her wider family. Sue is one of my dearest friends since we have known each other from school days. She absolutely adored her ‘aunty Jean’ who became her surrogate ‘mum’ when Jean’s sister died, so I was glad to share this special day and support her.
